This Privacy Policy explains what information the DRFC mobile app ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and how it is handled. The app is provided for members, players, and supporters of DRFC. If you have any questions, contact us at jamesrut1996@gmail.com.
When you create an account and use the app, we collect:
Your password is handled securely by Google Firebase Authentication and is never stored or visible to us.
The app also displays club information — fixtures, match results, player rosters and statistics — that is entered and managed by club administrators. This is club content, not personal information collected from app users.
The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers, does not contain advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
We use the information above only to operate the app: to authenticate you, maintain your account, apply the correct access permissions for your role, and provide club content.
Account and app data are stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google's secure infrastructure. Google processes this data as our service provider. We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing jamesrut1996@gmail.com. We will delete your account data within 30 days of a verified request.
The app is intended for club administrators and adult supporters and is not directed at children. Player roster entries are managed by club administrators on behalf of the club.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jamesrut1996@gmail.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
